In the 2025 academic year (2568), Maejo University continues to provide a comprehensive and affordable on-campus housing system to support students’ well-being and academic success. The university operates 9 dormitories, consisting of 5 for male students and 4 for female students, along with an additional residence, “Charn Kasikit”, for graduate and international students. Altogether, the dormitories accommodate 3,047 residents, including 968 male and 2,079 female first-year students.
Standard dormitory fees remain highly affordable at 3,300 baht per semester (or 1,600 baht for the summer term), while Ratama and Udomsit dormitories charge 3,800 baht per semester. Temporary lodging during semester breaks is available at 100 baht per night.
Each room is equipped with essential furnishings such as beds, study desks, wardrobes, and clothes-drying racks, while shared amenities include hot/cold water dispensers, laundry services, convenience stores, and internet access. Students benefit from psychological counseling, emergency medical transport, intercom systems, and mail handling services, ensuring a safe and supportive residential environment.
Dormitory staff conduct regular facility maintenance, promote student welfare and safety, and provide access to sports and recreational equipment. Permitted electrical appliances include fans, rice cookers, and computers, supporting both comfort and sustainability in student living.
